Clubhouse privileges including dining and all social activities are extended to couples that are married or couples not related by blood or marriage that have a permanent relationship and live in the same household. Unmarried, dependent children 21 years of age and under who are permanently domiciled with the member may be included in this membership. Clubhouse members will have privileges at the Venice Yacht Club through the Alliance Program (certain restrictions apply), and are also offered a discount on a Fitness Membership at the YMCA, along with no joining fee.
Clubhouse Members are not eligible to vote or run for Office positions.
Initiation $ 500
Annual Dues and Fees
Family Social Dues $1,400
Capital Fee $ 200
Restaurant Service Charge – In lieu of gratuity, billed quarterly $ 460
Annual Restaurant and Bar Minimum $1,200
Clubhouse Membership – Single (unmarried)

Clubhouse Member will have privileges at the Venice Yacht Club through the Alliance Program (certain restrictions apply), and are also offered a discount on a Fitness Membership at the YMCA, along with no joining fee.
Clubhouse Members are not eligible to vote or run for Office positions.

Dues & Fees are prorated upon membership entry.

A quarterly payment option is available for an additional fee of $180 annually.
All dues and fees are subject to 7% sales tax, with the exception of the Capital Fee.
