Your evening event will shine at Jacaranda - 

Asked to chair your club, business, or neighborhood evening party? Come visit Jacaranda West, where we have more than a decade of experience making these events enjoyable and festive for the participants - and easier on the people who organize them.  

We can seat as few as 75 and as many as 250. Your participants will dine with a view of two lakes and the 18th hole of our golf course through panoramic windows. There's a dance floor large enough to accommodate your style.  Valet service is available.

Meals will be professionally prepared and served by our experienced staff. See below for the range of options.

Hors d’oeuvres Selections

Each hors d’oeuvre tray serves 50 people with 100 pieces. All prices are subject to a 20% service charge and 7% sales tax.

Delmonico Steak Grilled medium and topped with onion straws.

Roasted Tenderloin of Beef The finest cut of beef carved into medallions and topped with Béarnaise sauce. 

Prime Rib Prime Rib of Beef slow-roasted to perfection and served with Au Jus and Horseradish Sauce.

Steak Au Poivre Sirloin steak sautéed in peppercorns, flamed with brandy and topped with a light cream sauce.

Tournedos of Beef Tenderloin medallions sautéed with two jumbo Gulf shrimp, complemented by fresh mushrooms, asparagus and Béarnaise sauce.
