Seasonal Membership – Family

Seasonal Memberships are available with Golf, Tennis and Clubhouse privileges for a one, two or three consecutive month period between October 1, 2009 and April 30, 2010. Privileges are extended to couples that are married or couples not related by blood or marriage that have a permanent relationship and live in the same household. Unmarried, dependent children 21 years of age and under who are permanently domiciled with the member may be included in this membership. Seasonal Members are not eligible to vote or run for Office positions.

Seasonal Members pay a fee for golf and cart usage of $45 per round per person, plus sales tax. The Seasonal member guest golf rate is $60 per round plus sales tax. Golfers may participate in any appropriate Men’s or Ladies day events and non-trophy tournaments.

Complimentary use of the practice facilities, including driving range.
Walking is permitted and pull carts are available.

Seasonal Members may play tennis by paying a $10 per day Guest Fee.

Initiation Fee - One time charge for up to three years $1,000

Additional Initiation Fee for up to two years $350

Family Golf Dues $170

Restaurant and Bar Minimum $100

Restaurant Service Charge – In lieu of gratuity $ 40

Golf Fee (18 Holes, per person), includes cart $ 45

Single Golf Dues $145

Restaurant and Bar Minimum $ 70

Restaurant Service Charge – In lieu of gratuity $ 28

Dues & Fees are prorated upon membership entry.

Dues & Fees for Fiscal Year, October 2009 – September, 2010.

All dues and fees are subject to 7% sales tax.
